This Privacy Notice applies to the processing of personal information by Quote 10X GmbH ("Quote 10X," "we," "us," or "our") including on our website available at app.quote10x.com and our other online or offline offerings which link to, or are otherwise subject to, this Privacy Notice (collectively, the "Services").

A. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses no analytics, statistics or marketing cookies and no tracking pixels. Visiting it sends no data to advertising or analytics providers. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server, not from Google or other third parties. This section describes what the website actually does and supplements the general description of cookies in section 2 below.
The only thing stored is your language, and only if you choose it explicitly with the “DE / EN” switch:

That entry never leaves your browser. Without an explicit choice nothing is stored: the language is taken from your browser’s language setting, and no data is sent to us or anyone else in the process. Because nothing on this website requires consent, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add such services in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.
B. Google user data
When you connect a Google account, Quote 10X accesses Google user data through Google APIs. Quote 10X’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of Quote 10X — finding requests for quotation in your inbox, reading the drawings and requirements attached to them, and preparing quotes.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data. We transfer it to third parties only as necessary to provide or improve those features (for example, to our hosting and processing providers), to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you have given us permission for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised or non-personalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
You can revoke Quote 10X’s access at any time in your Google Account permissions. To have the data we already hold deleted, contact us as described in this notice.

5. DATA SECURITY
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational security measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Our Services are hosted within Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud, a highly secure cloud infrastructure environment designed to meet stringent compliance and data protection requirements.
6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We retain your personal information, including any data obtained through third-party integrations such as Google, for as long as you maintain an active Quote 10X account and as reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services. You may request deletion of your personal information, including any Google user data, at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete the applicable personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
